Job Description
The Sign Company, a local small business dedicated to the success of their clients and employees, is looking to fill an opening in our Signage Production and installation department.
The Signage Production Assistant's duties primarily revolve around all aspects of signage creation from start to finish. This includes prep, production, manufacturing, and installation on and off site. Candidates working in the position will be working on a variety of projects and within multiple disciplines that will lead to gaining knowledge and skills for a future in the speedily growing sign industry. Areas of application with which this position will work include:
- Vehicle wrap and graphics
- Vinyl application
- Custom sign manufacturing with latest technology
- Off site work on a short term basis
Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys working within a team but also can work successfully as an individual when needed or necessary. Background in signage or construction are preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
Starting wage is $20/hr for full time (40hr/week) or more depending on experience. Benefits include: 401k + matching, paid vacation, quarterly bonuses, paid training with a promotion kicker upon completion.
