The Mays Region of Modern Woodmen is actively looking for a Managing Partner to spearhead the development and leadership of a team of financial representatives in Greenville, SC. If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License (if not, a minimum qualification is evidence of your completed SIE certification) and harbor a strong desire to lead and foster a team, then this opportunity could be an excellent match worth exploring!
We are willing to consider a significant investment to support the transition of the right individual to fill this role and invest in their growth.

About Keith Mays - Regional Director of The Carolinas:
Keith considers himself the luckiest man alive, blessed with a beautiful family of four children, including a 12-year-old son and 10-year-old triplet girls. Married to his wonderful wife and best friend, Jean, Keith's life revolves around family and a shared love for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, kayaking, camping, and golf. The majority of their time is devoted to supporting their children's sports and activities, emphasizing the importance of family bonds.
With a background in the 82nd Airborne as a Linguistic Interrogator, Keith transitioned into the insurance and financial services industry, driven by a passion for helping people and achieving personal goals. Drawing inspiration from Zig Ziglar's philosophy, he believes in attaining fulfillment by assisting others in reaching their aspirations. Over his 23-year career, Keith has navigated various roles in field distribution and corporate executive leadership. Qualifications:
  • Ability and Desire to recruit, train and develop new financial representatives.
  • Someone who is Team Spirited, Enthusiastic and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges
  • Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand.
Active Financial Licenses:
