Safety of employees should be considered your number one priority every day.
Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction projects.
Position will report to Senior Sitework Project Manager who will set the working hours.
Responsibilities will include: Budget Management, Project Planning and Coordination, Schedule Management, Estimating, Labor Management, Quality, Cash Flow Management and Customer Service.
Position Requirements
CPR, First Aid and OSHA 30 Hour Safety Certification is a plus.
Successful pre-employment background check and drug screen will be required.
3-Year MVR Report will be run for driving company vehicles within insurer guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering desired along with 1-5 years of site work construction experience at Assistant Project Manager level or equivalent.
Effective Communication Skills, Time Management and a Positive Attitude are must haves.
