Shop Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shop Manager to oversee our shops daily operations. The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing and helping when needed in all aspects of the shop. This will include taking inventory, over seeing daily duties, management of employee's etc. The job will be better explained during the interview process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff is equipped with necessary skills
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll management, scheduling, and record keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment to enhance the overall customer experience

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Forklift skills, Need to be able load trucks and fill orders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Need to be able to lift 50 pounds or more to fill and package orders
- Proficient in sales techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as payroll processing and scheduling
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise
