Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of orders to be shipped by validating part numbers, lot numbers, and purchase orders against company documents.
• Safely pick and palletize outbound shipments as required, utilizing equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move inventory into allocated spaces within the warehouse.
• Complete required paperwork according to company SOPs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, following all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the manager to support the efficient operation of the shipping and receiving department.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

• Loading Containers: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Forklift Certification (Preferred)
