We at First Choice Freezer and Cold Storage are looking for an experienced and well-rounded customer service representative to join our team as we continue to expand our business. The target of this role is to assist our Management and Operations team(s) in achieving our goal of hitting daily turn-time and KPI targets, while maintaining a high rate of inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. A good CSR handles their responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency, takes pride in their work, and is genuinely excited to help the customer wherever possible. As a customer service representative (or CSR), your responsibilities will entail the following: acting as a liaison between our operations team(s), our customers, and affiliated truck drivers/brokers; providing product/service information to our customers; executing clerical tasks, processing orders and managing inventories within our Warehouse Management System(s); checking truck drivers in and out; and resolving or escalate to management any emerging problems that a customer's account might face. Efficient written communication and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of email traffic is essential. Clerical experience in a warehouse environment and/or previous experience operating within a Warehouse Management System preferred (SAP experience a plus!).
