Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping Clerk. The Shipping Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of products to our customers. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for managing outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory records.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate outgoing shipments according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare shipping documents such as bills of landing, shipping labels, and packing slips.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to order specifications.
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory levels and update records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistic partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain organized records of all outgoing shipments and associated documentation.

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role preferred
- Proficient in order picking, packing, and shipping procedures
- Highschool diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing shipping documents and verifying product information.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
