Job Overview:
Will perform a variety of shipping and be required to update and edit the warehouse's shipping manifest, cycle counting and documentation, and will perform the sorting of specific orders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Responsible for preparation, operation, and maintenance of assigned shipping materials and equipment
· Responsible for receiving all incoming shipments, verifying their contents, and ensuring that they match the packing list and purchase order.
· Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes tracking numbers, invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
· Maintains accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and expiration dates.
· Ensure that material is packaged and shipped as indicated on MTM Traveler or Customer Instructions
· Responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the country, including preparing necessary customs documents and complying with international regulations.
· Complete additional duties as assigned by MTTM Management
· Follow relevant MTTM procedures and the MTTM Quality Policy
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in creating Fed Ex and UPS systems for shipments
· 1-2 years’ experience in logistics
· Experience in manufacturing environment Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
- Sort and distribute incoming packages to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and labeling them accurately
- Operate order pickers, forklifts, and other equipment to move stock within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Experience operating order pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
- Proficient in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
- Familiarity with distribution center operations and stock handling procedures
- Knowledge of MRP systems, such as AS400, for inventory tracking and management
Physical Requirements:
· Satisfy and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative productivity and quality standards.
· Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
· Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
· Communicate effectively

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
