Revolution is now hiring for a Warehouse Shipping Clerk position in Terre Haute, IN. This role will oversee all day-to-day operations in the warehouse by coordinating with the dock supervisor, shipping supervisor, sales, bag department, and reprocessing department.

• Audit inventory systemically and physically.
• Create extra shipping labels and distribute with pick tickets, ensuring accuracy based on shipping instructions.
• Report non-conforming materials and reporting issues to management.
• Check accuracy on daily shuffle trailer sheets, working with the dock supervisor to physically inventory discrepancies. 
• Communicate any special instructions from both sales departments’ to forklift drivers to maintain accuracy.
• Resolve any questions/ issues dealing with special instructions to ensure material is labeled and shipped correctly.
• Manage shipments, create shipping labels and confirmations for each department daily, and bill each department monthly.
• Follow work guidelines and adhere to all company policies.
• Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all safe operating procedures and posted requirements.
• Wear required personal protective equipment assigned by supervisor and follow lockout tag-out requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the Logistics Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.
• 10-key, Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic computer skills.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Willing to work in a customer-driven and safety-conscious organization.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities within the workday.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
