Form of workNashville Wire Products, an established local manufacturer of steel wire products for the material handling industry, is growing and accepting resumes for Shipping Coordinator for our Northwest Nashville, TN location.

- Shipping Coordinator pay progression: $21.00 start, $22.00 at 90 days, $23.00 at 1 year.
- Base schedule for this position is 7:00am - 5:30pm Monday – Friday, with additional overtime as required to meet customer demands.
Must have prior experience in all functions of shipping/receiving operations. Duties include but are not limited to preparing bills of lading via computer system, performing inventory control functions such as cycle counting, verifying pick lists for accuracy, loading/unloading trucks with sit down forklift, pulling and staging orders, and rf scanning. Prior experience in fast paced manufacturing environment with limited supervision and a high degree of accuracy is required. Qualified candidates must be highly motivated with exceptional computer & communication skills. This position typically works 50 hours per week and must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice. Experience with Microsoft applications including Excel, Teams, Outlook and in using an Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) such as SAGE is preferred. Selected candidate must pass company provided drug screen, criminal background check, and tape measure skills test.
