Position:

A Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is needed for our warehouse operation in Nashville, TN. We are seeking a highly organized, team player who is self-motivated, aggressive, and able to multi task and excel in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide customer service by resolving all customer inquiries and requests

• Maintain inventory control with respect to inbound deliveries and outbound shipments

• Data entry into warehouse management system, facilitate billing process

• Set up carriers for outbound shipments

• Print BOLs

• Handle customer complaints and questions and determine whether management input is needed

• Pull orders when needed

Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in the warehousing and/or

transportation industry

• Previous customer service experience preferred but will train the right candidate

• Must have excellent communication (written & verbal), organizational, problem solving,

leadership and customer service skills

• Ability to communicate with diplomacy, flexibility and professionalism in dealing with

a wide variety of individuals both in person, by telephone, e-mail and fax

• Must have good data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy necessary

• Must be able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment

• Must be detail oriented with a strong customer service focus

• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) with the ability to learn new

computer systems quickly

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
