As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Performing a variety of clerical duties relating to typing, filing and checking freight bill for accuracy.
- Contacting carrier by phone or email for clarification or changes in schedules and/or pricing
- Contacting carrier for the tracing of shipments
- Verifying all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to order and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition
- Receiving all parts that are shipped in, making sure they are received in good condition and packing slips match the part and quantity received.
- Communicating with customers to ensure understanding and resolve any problems
- Working with other shipping clerks to see that all invoices are handled promptly, and goods are shipped and stored properly
- Keeping work area clean and organized.
- Handling special projects and duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will require:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have a Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling
- Have the ability to lift/carry 30 pounds without a reasonable accommodation.
- Have Basic knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred
