Overview

We are actively looking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join us at our state-of-the-art production facility in Collinsville, Illinois. Under direct supervision, the Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for managing the movement of goods, materials, and products in and out of the company's facility. This role is crucial to ensuring that products are received, processed, and shipped efficiently and accurately. Additional responsibilities include:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and inspect for damage.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring that items are properly packaged and labeled.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation.
• Coordinate shipping carriers and schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Recording the movement of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Filling orders from customers.
• Loading and unloading shipments.
• Wrapping skids.
• Pulling and palletizing orders.
• Inventory management.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• 2-3 years of prior warehouse associate experience
• Forklift experience
• Knowledge of Shipping and inventory management software.
• Ability to follow established procedures
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
• Problem solving skills sufficient to address both routine and non-routine problems
• Basic computer aptitude
• Ability to work independently
