We are looking for someone to pick and pack orders and assist with other shipping duties as needed. We include on the job training.
Skills: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., proficient with basic math skills and be comfortable with basic computer skills.
Starting Pay is negotiable based on experience in Shipping and warehousing operations.

Department: Shipping Team
Job Objective: This team member will assist in packing products, labeling packages for Shipping and preparing orders for pickup. Maintains clear communication with other shipping staff members and management about incoming orders as well as status of stock. They will assist in receiving incoming goods, rotating stock and maintaining an organized, clean warehouse.
Tasks:
- Accurately and efficiently packing unique individual orders for shipping direct to consumer
- Assist in picking orders from picklists supplied by shipping coordinator
- Assist in all aspects of processing online and offline orders
- Review and recommend improvements for existing distribution instructions
- Work with team members and management to arrange for shipping supplies and materials
Expectations:
- Ability to fold 200 boxes of all types within 45 min to 1 hour
- Pack 35-50 repetitive orders every 30 minutes
- Once well trained, pack 50 distinctive orders every hour
