We have an immediate opening for a full-time shipping Receiving Clerk. This individual must be self-motivated, able to learn new concepts quickly, and multitask efficiently.
The position is responsible for the following but not limited to
- Input orders
- Print paperwork
- Print tags
- Greeting drivers and providing BOL's
- Organize order packets
- Scan documents into the system
- Detect discrepancies in paperwork and facilitate appropriate adjustments
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and professional office area
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interacts with other subsidiary and corporate personnel with a high level of professionalism
- Customer-centric focus
- Special tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior clerical experience in shipping & receiving or an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, organization, clerical functions, phones, and software such as Microsoft Office
- Accurately read, understand, and enter incoming purchase orders and BOL's from customers
