1st ShiftShipping and Receiving Clerk
Hiring Immediately!
1st Shift Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (Some weekends required)
Pay rate: $18/hr
Job Duties:
- Receive and verify inbound products against vendor packing list and internal purchase orders.
- Sort products by lot number and expiration date.
- Maintain reserve system in Microsoft Access to slot overstock product.
- Put the product into the correct bin.
- Keep the forward-picking locations full.
- Wrap pallets with the assistance of an automatic wrapping machine.
- Tag pallets for outbound shipments, including all necessary documents.
- Load trucks with a forklift or pallet jack.
- Enter receiving documents into our operating system, Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Able to create and maintain basic Excel spreadsheets.
- Picking orders.
- Packing and verifying orders.
- Ship orders via UPS WorldShip.
- Create BOLs for truck orders.
- Any other tasks, as needed.
