Comply with the logistics of shipments (imports and exports) throughout all the process until arrival or departure of cargo. assist, and inform customers in a timely manner, and generate loyalty and good business relationships with them.

- Obtain quotations from airlines/carriers and optimize costs in shipments.
- Handle, route, consolidate and book air or sea (LCL/FCL) for import/export traffic efficiently.

- Prepare shipment documentation and billing of the shipments handled.

- TSA knowledge.
requirements to apply:
- 1 year of shipment coordination experience minimum required
- In office / non remote job
- Fully Bilingual - English / Spanish
- magaya knowledge
