Bilingual Intl Logistics Coordinator (Tracing & Updating Shipments)

We are a full-service Logistics company looking for an International Logistics Coordinator for our facility in Hialeah, Florida. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. This position is primarily responsible for daily follow-up with our overseas agents to ensure shipment arrivals, file SED (export declarations), update tracking reports on a daily basis and provide excellent communication so as to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The working hours for this position are 9 AM – 6 PM Monday-Friday.

The position is onsite only.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Updating proof of deliveries, exceptions, and observations in our Proprietary System
• File SED (Export Declaration)
• Promptly assists with customers, vendors and agent’s complaints, orders, errors, cancellations, and other queries.
• Follow up on deadlines to ensure everything is delivered on time.
• Provide current shipment status, updates and proof of delivery to clients.
• Update tracking reports and send to customers.
• Ensures that problems that arise during the transit of shipments are resolved.
• Provide the information required by agents.
• Follow up on inventory/fulfillment orders in process to make sure they are shipped in a timely manner and ensure that the tracking number is sent to the client.
• Schedule local pick-ups, follows up & arranges local deliveries.
• Follow up on shipments being placed on HOLD by operations.
• Store and file operational documents and back-ups for all shipments.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Customer Service Clerk or closely related position
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Flexibility to work not only inside the office but also in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work with little supervision and multitask.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Outstanding organizational and coordinating abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• AA in business administration, supply chain management or related filed and/or equivalent experience
