Our Shift Scheduler is responsible for scheduling All Employee's Shifts and our Pool Hours. This position requires both the ability to multi-task and to communicate effectively in a variety of situations while keeping an open mind and positive attitude. Our Shift Scheduler is responsible for updating employees and our systems when changes are made to the schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Employee's Pool shifts on Buddy Punch.
- Making adjustments to shifts as they change, on Buddy Punch and iClassPro, and updating the necessary staff.
- Updating our Pool Calendar with times needed to be scheduled for the following month, or additional hours needed to be added.
- Understanding our Class Structure, and being able to consolidate where needed.
- Reaching out to Families.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
