Description

Family Style is a quickly growing & expanding company functioning as a high volume pizza delivery based business. We are currently looking for positive, happy people to build our teams. We work with a tight staff that have the ability to multi task and are well versed in all kitchen duties. Currently we are seeking experienced working Shift Leaders. We operate during lunch, dinner, and late night hours with a wide variety of prep, toppings, and dough. We require Shift Leaders to have a thorough understanding of the quality, and expectations of how a kitchen should operate regarding staff, product, and overall representation of a business.

What you bring:

• One year of management experience in fast casual dining (preferably with pizza)
• Proficient in managing prep
• Excellent communication and problem solving skill
• Ability to manage a shift, at the highest level
• Ability to effectively coach and discipline for performance
• Skills in properly training new employee's
• Strength in maintaining kitchen efficiency and effectiveness
• High Standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Must have a valid Managers Food Handlers Certificate
• Confidence in problem solving under high pressure situations
