Shift Leaders oversee that we deliver a quality product while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Shift Leaders are efficient in opening and closing the business. They are empowered to make decisions and answer all guests' questions as the acting Manager on duty.

• Key holders of the store scheduled to open and/or close

• Shift Leaders are eligible for promotions for management positions

Job Requirements
* A High School Diploma

• 1 - 2 years restaurant experience

• Effective oral & written communication skills

• Must hold a valid driver's license & drive for company business as required

• Ability to work without supervision & prioritize store operations

• Passion for providing excellent service & a quality product

• Open/flexible work availability

Additional Physical requirements
* Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

• Be able to reach above shoulder level, bend, stoop, and frequently lift/carry up to 20 lbs; occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs
