Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of job experience
- Full-time availability
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-energy shifts and motivate team members
- Coach and train team members on proper procedures
- Screen prospective hires and ensure they meet qualifications
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Ensure food orders are prepared to Five Guys standards
- Support management on labor costs, waste, sales, and COGS
- Provide accurate inventory data to the General Manager
- Handle all team member and guest situations urgently
- Support all programs and initiatives during the shift
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and empower team members
- Align team with Five Guys culture of hard work and fun
- Manage basic tasks and the team
- Takes initiative and problem solves
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sets goals and converts plans into action
