Shift Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties:
- Manage and supervise the staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving overall performance
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide feedback
- Implement and enforce company policies regarding employee conduct and performance

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
