Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the shift and ensure smooth running of the restaurant - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints - Supervise and train staff members on proper procedures and protocols - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability Requirements: - Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of POS systems, specifically Aloha POS - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
