Job Description:Product Experience LeaderThis role is an exciting opportunity to join MARS Pet Nutrition Research & Development team as a Product Experience design leader. You will drive user centricity and work with innovation teams to embed the pet parent voice at the heart of each Innovation to deliver superior Product Experiences.We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things concerning experience, who is up to date with the latest design trends and knows about consumer interactivity and consumer-centric design in the context of FMCG. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a professional, self-starting, can-do mentality, who likes to lead.What are we looking for?University degree in CX/UX, product development, anthropology, psychology, behavior sciences, or relevant field.Minimum of 8 years' experience in CPG industry designing product proposition experiencesProven Knowledge and experience in consumer research qualitative & quantitative.
