Aroma Joe’s Shift Leaders assist store managers with daily operations and help identify areas of improvement as well as achievements managers may miss. Shift Leaders help maintain a positive work environment that creates happy employees and customers.

A Day in the life….
Find ways to support your store manager, team, customers, and community that exceed expectations. Communicating with store manager on various topics. All basic Barista tasks are still performed daily. Assisting manager with marketing updates (eraser boards, menu boards), placing inventory orders. Performing equipment maintenance. Supporting trainers with training needs. Assists with paperwork (waste-outs, weekly inventory count). First point of contact when store manager is unavailable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
