SharePoint Content Specialists are associates that work with government stakeholders to define user requirements and drive operational use of SharePoint to support justice grants programs. They lead and support SharePoint projects; publishing, creating, editing, and maintaining performance measures libraries and webpages. They have 3-4 years of experience creating SharePoint sites and content. They are collaborative and work well on teams.

Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where employees work at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and, as approved, remotely on a part-time basis. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team.

Responsibilities

  • Support consulting projects in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members and clients on fast-paced projects and provides outstanding deliverables
  • Develops the performance management SharePoint site, including managing SharePoint projects; publishing, creating, editing, and adding performance management webpages
  • Design dashboards and test new SharePoint pages before going "live"
  • Maintaining libraries including archived and outdated files, hosting images and videos, and creating workflows to automate processes on an internal SharePoint
  • Apply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
  • Support workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvement
  • Love to learn complex mission areas in homeland security such as emergency management and law enforcement, and justice
  • Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute towards our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own, by demonstrating interest in supervising and supporting the growth of others

Required Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience developing SharePoint solutions, preferably with Government clients
  • SharePoint site configuration experience required, including configuring web parts, workflow development, permissions, working with content types and document libraries, and SharePoint Designer
  • Experience troubleshooting SharePoint issues
  • Support consulting projects in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members and clients on fast-paced projects and provides outstanding deliverables
  • Conducts data analysis from a wide-variety of sources; wrangles data from multiple sources and verifies quality prior to incorporating it into presentations and dashboards
  • Apply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
  • Support workstreams, lead and support deliverables, and promote continuous improvement
  • Love to learn complex mission areas in homeland security and law enforcement and justice
  • Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute towards our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own, by demonstrating interest in supervising and supporting the growth of others
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
  • Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools
  • Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
  • Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Critical Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage
