Summary
Allana Buick & Bers is a multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm. We're currently seeking a talented Mechanical Construction Administrator for our Honolulu, HI office. The Mechanical Construction Administrator is responsible for providing innovative mechanical solutions and growing our firm.
Responsibilities
- Design and planning of HVAC, piping/plumbing, solar thermal, and alternative energy systems
- Project execution and management
- Maintaining relationships between the firm and lead architects
- Selecting systems and performing other design-associated duties
- Putting together construction documents
- On-site evaluation of design intent
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field
- Mechanical Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred
- Approximately 10 years of technical experience managing complex mechanical projects
