Our work environment includes:
- Work from the warehouse; work from home allowed upon approval.
- Use a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license for work-related travel.
Act as a Liaison Between Clients and Company:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate all aspects of service operations to maintain a positive client experience.
- Service Coordination:
- Answer and respond promptly to service calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Dispatch service calls to appropriate employees, ensuring a timely response.
- Record and document all service calls in the emergency call log.
- Review and categorize emergency service calls weekly, determining billable calls.
- Coordinate with your direct supervisor to schedule service work for employees.
- Dispatch employees for emergency services and coordinate their tasks effectively.
- Ensure that all service technicians are properly documenting their service calls.
- Service Contract Review:
- Review proposals/quotes for products and services with clients and obtain their signed approval on proposals.
- Track and order materials required for service, ensuring stocked inventory in Trivial Warehouses.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Provide daily updates to your Supervisor on service activities and progress.
- Maintain open and positive communication with Supervisor, peers and service clients.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in investigating damages in lifts, collaborating with relevant teams for proper documentation and report to Supervisor.
- Generate reports on the findings
- Travel when necessary for urgent service requirements, providing on-site training to new clients and warehouse inventory.
