Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for vehicle services, such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and diesel engine repairs
- Provide accurate estimates for services and communicate them to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive services and repairs, including suspension, shocks/struts, brake repair, diesel engine repair, oil changes, tire services, and alignments
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and basic computer skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
