Pay Defined: The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.45, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Hansel Toyota is looking a full-time Service Advisor to join our Petaluma team!!
Pay Range
Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $35,500.00to $150,000 +.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive
- Complete all service documents
- Represent and sell recommended maintenance and repair work
- Follow-up with each customer on declined work
- Effectively manage activity in the service lane
- Maintain ongoing conversations with extended warranty providers
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have dealership service writing experience
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sell/recommend service
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a criminal background screening
