Service Technician

We are looking to hire a coffee Service Technician in Austin, Tx and other surrounding cities.

As an equipment technician you will work independently to provide reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout an assigned territory.

Top 3 Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty through providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules.
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which includes conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Previous equipment technician experience preferred but willing to train from entry-level
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smart phone proficient for inventory, manage scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

We perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of coffee equipment for all of our customers. We specialize in many different espresso, brewer, and grinding equipment. New hires begin riding along with a certified technician until we can get them enrolled in a certification class. We work with several different manufacturers and companies. Once trained and certified you can then go out on your own. Although the job is mostly independent work, we still work as a team to support each other. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
