Job Description
We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team! We are looking for someone who is motivated to help others, personable, customer focused, coachable, and a problem solver. This is a fast paced job that requires prioritization and critical thinking to perform equipment installation, service, and ongoing maintenance. This position requires:
- Required high school diploma or equivalent. Associate level college degree (or higher) preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience with equipment installation and service preferred.
- Experience in health related or customer relations industry preferred.
- Must have a current driver's license.
- Able to communicate with and educate customers about products and services.
- Able to purchase materials, answer and respond to phone/email messages, and attend meetings.
- Must be organized and follow instructions/appointment schedules appropriately.
- Detail oriented and possesses the ability to prioritize work responsibilities and manages time efficiently.
- Self driven and has the ability to function independently.
- Consistently demonstrates exceptional interpersonal relationship skills and a committed focus on customer service.
We specialize in creating access and independence for individuals with physical restrictions. As well as home accessibility modifications. Knowledge of products and services will be acquired.
We are a small local business based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We do work as far as Jackson, Wyoming all the way to Pocatello and surrounding areas.
