• Be the organized pro we need by submitting work orders daily to the Service Manager or service support staff, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Own the billing process, ensuring accuracy by verifying service status and avoiding duplicate services, making you the true billing hero.
• Make a difference in patients' lives by collecting co-payments, communicating payment amounts in advance, and providing collected funds to Billing, where your attention to detail is valued.
• Be the master of our company vehicle, maintaining its safety and top-notch condition as you drive it to success.
• Demonstrate your methodical approach by properly tagging all equipment brought into the shop, a crucial step for seamless operations.
• Be the face of our company during delivery and setup of new and demonstration equipment, wowing our customers with your friendly demeanor.
• Welcome all customers with a smile, regardless of an appointment, showcasing your exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Reach out for technical support from manufacturers when needed, highlighting your resourcefulness and dedication to finding solutions.
• Be our pillar of consistency, demonstrating regular attendance as a core requirement.

• While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, your experience and skills are what truly matter.
