The Service Specialist assists and teaches Caring Solutions customers in all aspects of life. We are dedicated to improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities by helping them learn new skills and achieve their goals and dreams. The Service Specialist is always expected to create and maintain a warm and caring environment, and to ensure the health and safety of the customers.
Teach customers skills and provide them with assistance, if needed, as outlined in their individual support plan (ISP).
Be familiar with and respond to customers medical and physical needs in a timely and accurate manner, which includes, but is not limited to, medication administration, dr. appointments, and physical exercise. Also, assist with daily hygiene, such as shaving, bathing, dental hygiene and hair care, if needed.
