Job Description
The Loan Servicing Specialist is a member of the Servicing Team in Rural Operations and supports the process of performing a variety of back-office operational loan transactions related to active loans in the Rural Business Direct Lending and Input Finance portfolios. Primary functions in Rural Servicing include, but are not limited to: Funding, Booking, Loan Maintenance, Customer Connect, Payments, Cash Management and Quality Control.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $40,700.00 - $59,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.

You and Your Job:
As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will be successful through critical thinking and adaptability to change in a fast-paced organization.
In general, responsibilities within the Servicing department are relative to the active maintenance of agricultural loan activities and related, but not limited to:
- Funding - the daily review and execution of New Loan Funding, Wire and Transfer transactions, Advances and activities associated with Booking New, Renewal and Modifications to the AFS System.
- Booking - the daily completion of new or modified loan data set-up in the core system.
- Loan Maintenance - the daily review and execution of updates and changes in the AFS system related to client information, loan data, payoffs, loan research, pricing and rates.
- Customer Connect - the daily support of inbound call volume and email from external or internal clients related to client account details, changes and request for cash management needs.
- Payments - the daily review, research and execution of ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments received through various client channels.
- Cash Management - the daily review and balancing of core systems and banking accounts to ensure cash-on-hand supports the needs of Rabo clients and validate the accounting of funds.
- Quality Control - the daily review of new and modified loans in the core system to validate accuracy of loan data within the core lending system to the signed loan documents.

To be considered for the Loan Servicing Specialist role, you must have:
- High School Diploma, College Degree or Some Work Experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required with special emphasis on Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to work as a team member across business lines.
- Communication Customer Service/Teamwork Planning & Organization Technical Knowledge.
- Analytical Skills/Problem Solving Self-Management/Initiative Judgment in Handling Confidential Information Compliance Leadership
