Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
-Scheduling Service Appointments for Customers Needing Vehicle Repairs
-Answering Inbound Calls for Customers wanting to Schedule Service
-Outbound Calls to Customers when Informed By General Motors they are in need of Service
-Learning to Use Our Online Scheduling Tool
-Assisting Sales Department when Needed with Online & Over the Phone Vehicle Inquiries
-Working with BDC Manager to Meet Goals
-Working in a Team/Office Environment
