Service Representative

Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.
Responsibilities

• Talk to dealers and retail customers about repairs and return procedures.
• Schedule units and prep paperwork for returns.
• Input claims for units returned
• Request parts for unit returns
• Schedule appointments and follow up with vendors

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills 40-60 wpm preferred
• Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures
• Handle customer service by phone or in person
