Service Plumber

As a Roto-Rooter plumber, you will assist customers with several issues they may be facing. As part of the Roto-Rooter team, you will be in constant communication with your area manager along with your service dispatcher to ensure our customers experience the best service possible.

This is a full-time position with no shortage of work and no cap on weekly earnings!

Pay: Uncapped Commission-- $600+ per 40 hour Week + Benefits + Company Provided Vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Roto-Rooter plumbers use their skills to provide solutions to plumbing and drain problems for residential and commercial customers.
• A service call begins with diagnosing problems then providing price estimates to close the sale.
• Make necessary repairs for the customer.
• Document estimates and invoices through a provided tablet.
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call.

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license.
• Alabama State Plumber’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.

Preferred:

• At least two years of trades experience
• Knowledge of power equipment
• Knowledge of safety requirements
• Knowledge of general maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills
