Form of workHawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced, member-focused, Service Manager to drive strong member relationships and financial results. Responsible for all activities at the branch including but not limited to leadership, management, team development, security, operations and membership services. Promotes Credit Union products and services through business development activities. Exercises prudent use of signing/override authority to protect our members and organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree - Business Administration preferred
- 5 years' experience at a financial organization with at least three years in a supervisory capacity
- Experience in operations & lending is beneficial
- Able to work both independently and cohesively with others, fosters team environment
- Able to handle all confidential matters professionally; always maintaining the privacy of our member's account information
- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Strong problem -solving skills
- Good written & verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Knowledge of principles and practices of financial institutions; emphasis on depository and branch related products
- Familiarity with financial reports
- Experience assisting staff with career development by setting high expectations and providing challenging assignments
