Duties

Job Purpose:
As our Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of an efficiently run Service Department. Your responsibilities will include managing workflow, scheduling performing repairs, assembling bikes, writing service, and assisting customers on the sales floor. Your ultimate goal is to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied with their cycling experience, aligning with our values every step of the way.

To succeed in this role, you must:

-Perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, producing high-quality work with minimal errors.
-Have prior Bicycle Retail service experience and strong organizational time management skills.
-Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with proficiency in computer literacy.
-Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with your schedule, always remaining open to learning and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person
Schedule:
·45-55 hours per week.
·5 days per week, with an occasional 6th day if needed.
·Weekday and weekend shifts
·8+ hour shifts
