Northwest’s leading manufactured home retailer has an immediate opening for our Service Manager’s position in Millersburg Oregon.
You must love working with people! You are the support system that handles the home process after the sale is complete. We count on you to bring the project to its completion with satisfied homeowners.
Time management and organization is key to the success of this position. You will be responsible for tracking home completion at the factory, scheduling the delivery, the installation, and the completion of the interior. Your goal is to make this process as seamless as possible. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors who perform this work is vital to what you do.
You will also be responsible for turning in warranty repairs to the builder, tracking their progress, and ensuring completion and in some cases coordinating the warranty repairs yourself.
This position requires excellent communication skills under sometimes stressful situations. Basic computer skills are needed. Knowledge of manufactured homes or construction would be a benefit, but not required. Occasional local travel does occur. Very rarely will out of town travel be necessary but could occur. Monday through Friday 8-5. Base salary and commission provide a very competitive management wage.
