Job Description
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the assigned Residential Program while adhering to state regulations and addressing individual needs.
- Interact respectfully with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and personal choices.
- Implement goals outlined in individual service plans (ISPs) and assist with personal tasks like lifting, repositioning, and personal hygiene.
- Administer medications and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, residents, and family members.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries, manage schedules, attend meetings, and advocate for organizational objectives.
- Cultivate a supportive environment that fosters teamwork and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- At least 1 year of managerial experience.
- Ability to obtain company driver status.
- Successful completion of a level II background check
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of the position
- Competitive wages ($52,000-55,000 per year)
