PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate and oversee part ordering for repairs.
- Ensure all customers receive a high standard of service.
- Assist the Service Coordinator/Ops Manager in running Operations effectively.
- Review technician service work order notes daily.
- Create Operations schedule by coordinating with customers and efficiently dispatching technicians.
- Understand the roles of the Dispatcher, Clerk, Service Coordinator, Service Manager, and Operations Manager.
- Be willing to assist with special projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technician’s first point of contact for all service-related issues.
- Schedule technicians but be able to adapt as necessary due to weather or other variables.
- Assist technicians with any information including addresses, customer contacts, job descriptions, service work history, allotted job hours for quotes, etc.
- Monitor the GPS tracking, and work with the Service Coordinator on keeping vehicle information accurate.
- Report to Service Coordinator/Ops Manager for general upline communication.
- Inform management of any customer-related issues.
- Review the schedule with the Maintenance Dispatcher, Service Coordinator, Service Manager, and Operations Manager.
- Keep up with the status of each technician.
- Carry out repair schedule as parts are delivered.
- Inform management of any of any repair related issues.
- Build rapport with customers.
- Audit work orders daily.
- Generate work orders for maintenance repairs.
- Keep track of open work orders and monitor until completed.
- Assist in creating POs, and GL account POs.
- Assist Maintenance Dispatcher, Service Coordinator, Service Manager/Operations Manager, and General Manager with operations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
