TURQUOISE PLACE SERVICE DISPATCHER
Job Description:
Position is responsible for administrative duties to include billing, handling all incoming service calls from both guests, owners, and team members, scheduling and reconciling work orders, dispatching service techs, making/assigning keys, assisting with inventory orders as needed and performing other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties:
- Answer calls in a professional and timely manner and respond accordingly.
- Enter all service work orders into the property management system timely and accurately
- Dispatch all service work orders to the appropriate field worker efficiently
- Monitor open work orders and assure timely completion.
- Greet and assist all vendors and outside suppliers as necessary to include making keys as needed.
- Effectively resolve quality issues with guests/owners.
- Follow up with owners, guests and internal departments in a timely manner
- Perform other duties, functions, or tasks as assigned.
- Must have computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Excel and the ability to learn new programs.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be self-motivated to handle guest, owner or team member issues.
- Must be able to sit at a computer/phone for entire shift.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to work varied shifts as needed including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to sit and work on computer/phone entire shift
- Must be able to move/lift up to 15 pounds as needed
