Description:
Client is looking for technical resources to join their Service Desk out of Rochester, Michigan. This team is the first access point for end users to call to get their issues resolved. Technologies they work with on a daily basis: Windows 7/10, Bomgar and a Microsoft Remote Access Tool, Active Directory, EPIC, Citrix, ServiceNow, to list a few. This person needs to be very strong with troubleshooting and customer service.
