We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager - New York, NY (Onsite/Hybrid) to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).
This role is to manage and oversight Service Delivery processes as well as working on client management, handling strategic alliance with all needed stakeholders. The person responsible for overall health and performance of assigned accounts from all perspectives like client, finance and delivery. This Delivery Manager role is more focused on single practice or for accounts with revenue of less than $25 million and will report into Practice Delivery Management organization. The account may have a CDE role if for multi-practice or with revenue of over $25 million and report into Client Delivery Management (CDM) organization.
Role Responsibilities:
- Successful delivery of defined scope of services in partnership with Practice Service Delivery Leaders
- Responsible for overall delivery and margin on large multi-tower or pooled multi-tower accounts
Handles client engagements and provide Service Delivery leadership, governance and builds reference-ability - Manages critical projects, customer engagements and/or business processes
- Creatively and strategically supports key business objectives
- Accountable for client satisfaction
- Ensuring productivity, pyramid alignment and overall performance of account delivery expectations
- Respective Practice teams own the accountability to provide qualified people and quality services
- Receive support from all teams on handling the deliverable issues and improvement appropriately
Basic Required Qualifications
• 8+ years IT industry experience
• 4+ years of account experience managing technical infrastructure
• 4 + years of Infrastructure Management experience preferably managing across multiple technical disciplines
Highly Preferred Skills:
• Utilizing ServiceNOW
• Service management/ ITIL/ ITSM/ CHangment experienceis highly preferred
• Experience managing in a matrix management organization
• Advanced influencing and communication skills
• Advanced client service skills and leadership capabilities
• Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
• Excellent analytical / problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent budgeting, business financial and P&L skills
• Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans
