Location: Rochester, NY (Remote)
Work experience required: 8-10 years
Must Have Skills
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- React
- GraphQL
- Unit Testing (we will be requiring >= unit test coverage)
Nice to have experience:
- Azure DevOps
- Terraform (Infrastructure as code)
Core AWS Technologies
- AppSync (Serverless GraphQL API)
- Lambda
- DynamoDB
- OpenSearch Serverless
- S3
Good to have AWS Experience:
- Cognito
- EventBridge
- CloudFront
- SQS
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This includes managing a team of service professionals ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in Service Delivery.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
- Monitoring service performance analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance Service Delivery.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $114K to $129K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
