Global Delivery Manager, Professional Services
Reports to: Global Director of Professional Services
We are committed to our future growth and building a global team. Today we're looking for a Global Delivery Manager to join us in our New York office.
You will focus on managing the daily operations of delivering a large portfolio of Professional Services engagements to our customers, ensuring maximum value achievement and customer satisfaction.
On a typical day, you will:
- Line manage a team of up to 10, international, remote-based consultants
- Work with the Project Management Office to track the status of and flag potential risks within the project portfolio that require proactive attention
- Drive efficient, effective, and consistent PS project delivery in line with best practices and focused on customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales / Customer Success to understand prospective customer requirements and present a PS approach and offerings to meet them
- Effectively allocate resources to projects from a pool of both internal team members and subcontractors, achieving agreed billable and productive utilization metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues internally, e.g. Sales, Presales, Partners, Product and Engineering, Legal and Finance, and as necessary to support project delivery
We imagine you will bring:
- 3 - 5+ years experience managing international, remote teams of PS Consultants and a project portfolio of 50+ active engagements
- Resource planning incorporating direct reports, cross-functional resources and external subcontractors
- Experience of time-tracking and project scheduling applications
- Project management experience desirable as is a structured approach to managing a portfolio of small-to-medium sized engagements
- High degree of Business and Technical Acumen to enable the understanding of customer challenges and requirements
- Understanding of how Enterprise Architecture can provide value to complex organizations, an advantage
- Fresh ideas to continuously adapt and improve our PS engagement model.

- Base Yearly Salary range $135K - $174K plus annual On-Target Variable Equivalent to 15% of base, paid quarterly based upon predefined company and individual performance metrics.
