Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience building and executing scaled global sales activation/enablement programs or in direct sales to Enterprise.
  • Experience in operations management or vendor management.
  • Experience working with and presenting to executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Expertise in taking complex business challenges and/or solutions and structuring and presenting them in a way that delivers insights and is meaningful for target audience.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of the enterprise technology sales process.

About the job

Pitch Hub and Proposal Hub also provide services and platforms to Google Cloud business. These services are used for creating contextual and customized assets (e.g., presentations, documents, and responses to requests, etc.) for sales engagements. his Service Delivery is run in partnership with a global vendor.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will work in partnership with the vendors tailored for the needs of the business. You will collaborate regularly with the Google Cloud Sales team and work with the vendor points of contact and team to ensure smooth delivery on all service key performance indicators in line with business expectations. You will strategize and create innovative and scalable programs with Content, Solutions Go-To-Market, Industries teams, and more to support the growing needs of the business and drive scalable impact. You will focus on Sales Specialists with Security Sales Specialists as a focus area and could expand to cover other specialist areas as needed (i.e. Workspace, Data Analytics, and AI).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing operations of PitchHub and ProposalHub and provide centralized service to Sales Specialists in North America to ensure consistent and customized messaging.
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders (e.g. Security Specialists) in sub-regions to understand the needs of the market and drive P-hub engagement.
  • Drive coverage of business goals with regard to engaging and repeating engagement with Pitch Hub and Proposal Hub.
  • Align on top accounts and opportunities and ensure P-hub coverage (with the most suitable menu of services) is provided to agreements through the business cycle.
  • Drive operations with our Service Providers/Partners by providing operational leadership to the workflow, while engaging and inspiring our service provider teams to ensure they exceed expectations and create customer experiences at scale for Cloud Sales. Scope out and build internal partnerships with cross-functional teams and support relevant programs.
